AbodeMods Returns and Refund Policy
At AbodeMods, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and refund policy makes it easy to return items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
– Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
– Products should be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
– We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
– Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Sale or clearance items
– Perishable goods or consumables
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
– Email us at sales(at)abodemods.com.au with your order number, the item(s), and the reason for the return.
– Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
– Ship the item with the RA number using a trackable service. AbodeMods is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs
– You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or due to our error.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
– Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
– Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales(at)abodemods.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
